Gabriel Kaimakliotis is the founder and Managing Director of G. Kaimakliotis & Co LLC.
Gabriel studied law at the University of Sheffield (UK), then trained as a Barrister-at-law in Bristol (UK), before becoming a member of the Honorary Society of Middle Temple. He then went on to gain a Masters Degree in Law (LLM) in Commercial and Tax Law from the University of Bristol.
Gabriel is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, and is Barrister-at-law in the UK and Cyprus. He set up G. Kaimakliotis & Co LLC. in 2015, with offices in Larnaca, Cyprus and Warsaw, Poland.
As a Corporate Lawyer, he deals mostly with matters related to M & As, International Tax Planning, Corporate Law and FS Advisory, as well as Real Estate Law – both locally and internationally. Gabriel has particular expertise in Corporate Litigation / International Litigation and Injunctions, and is often instructed by top tier law firms in the UK and other leading international law firms.
Gabriel is fluent in English and Greek.
