Michael Pluta is a Legal Counsellor at G. Kaimakliotis & Co LLC.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (Poland), and has over 10 years experience in Business Advisory and Corporate Services for local and foreign entrepreneurs.
His legal expertise encompasses the full gamut of Company Law, Tax Law, Special Trade Licenses Law, and Intellectual Property Law (copyrights).
Michael is President of the Board of Association Fair Business, Warsaw since 2016, having previously served on the board. The board provides legal support to Polish entrepreneurs. He is also highly experienced in International Trade Services (Europe, Gulf Area, Far Asia), and lectures law at universities in Warsaw.
Michael is fluent in English and Polish.
