Re-domiciliation is the relocation of a company from the country of its incorporation, overseas, to a diverse jurisdiction. In other words, the legal entity is transferred to another country and is no longer bound by the legislation and frameworks of the country in which it has been founded but is bound by these in the country in which it has been redomiciled.
